Art in the streets should not be a crime. only if done in inappropriate places, there should be a part of every city where people can express everything. Art in the streets creates the effect of....
Love, peace, smiles, joy, respect!! "Art is Art". And as in my city, Canada, I imagine there must also exist! You just have to ourselves.

That's an interesting point. Graffiti can sometimes be art, but sometimes it's just vandalism (like tagging someone's house). There are a lot of different types of art in the world.
